Taste the honey in the quality standard of the Natura 2000 program
We love Podlasie and we know that everything that is best can be found in our land.
I am a beekeeper with many years of experience. Beekeeping and honey manufacture are my passion. Caring for my apiary gives me a lot of joy, which results in delicious honeys from my offer. This passion was given to me by my grandfather, and I continue my family tradition to this day.
Crystallization of honey Crystallization of honey is a natural process. Depending on the variety, this process is faster or slower. Immediately after harvesting, honey has a liquid consistency. Later, when stored in appropriate conditions (in a cool place without access to the sun), natural processes gradually take place in it. They change the consistency from liquid to constant. Learn more
Honeys from my offer come from areas belonging to The Green Lungs of Poland. These are the cleanest regions of the country, covered by the EU program NATURE 2000. The program aims to preserve certain types of natural habitats and species that are considered valuable and endangered across Europe. Products that meet the program's quality standards are marked with a special label. You can find these labels on my honeys. In addition, I am the owner of areas that belong to the European Ecological Network. It is a network of areas within the European Union covered by nature protection regulations. They mean joint action for the preservation of natural heritage.
Why Our Honeys?
The Valley of the Lower Narew is an area of very high biodiversity due to plants and birds. Species are protected under the Birds Directive. Bee farms in these areas provide bees with the possibility of obtaining a variety of plant food.
